Guidelines for Pipeline Operator Certification
This Guideline, developed by ARPEL, provides a general analysis of the different steps that should be taken to go for the International Qualification and Certification of pipeline operators. Based in the experience and best practices of ARPEL member companies, together with the best international standards, this publication addresses aspects that help to ensure, not only the Qualification and Certification, but also the relevant criteria for capacity building and the development of training activities for local and remote operators to be considered in these processes: determination of the Training/Certification team; revision of documents; qualification and certification of operators; change management and the measurement of process efficiency.
