Monitoreo participativo de la gestión socio-ambiental en la industria de petróleo y gas en ALC
Como resultado del análisis realizado por los participantes del Taller ARPEL “Monitoreo participativo de la gestión socio-ambiental en la industria de petróleo y gas en América Latina y el Caribe” durante los días 8-9 de Marzo del 2005 en la ciudad Puerto La Cruz, VENEZUELA, se acordó una estructura básica de cada uno de los componentes principales que podría tener un protocolo operativo y de gestión para desarrollar un plan de MPGSA sobre la base de prácticas existentes y su propia experiencia. La información contenida en este documento podría servir como referencia para que las empresas petroleras y gasíferas desarrollaran sus propios protocolos de MPGSA alineándolos con sus propias políticas de responsabilidad corporativa y/o –de existir- el marco normativo del país donde operan.
