Guía para la identificación de posiciones y conocimiento crítico
El documento proporciona un método para la identificación de posiciones críticas asociadas a los cargos de liderazgo (técnicos, administrativos o de gestión) . Este método puede aplicarse en aquellos casos donde se requiere seleccionar cargos con sucesores permanentes debido a su nivel de criticidad para las organizaciones. Brinda además un método para construir planes de transferencia que faciliten el aseguramiento del conocimiento en cargos o roles que se consideren claves para lograr los objetivos del área u organización.Dicho método puede aplicarse en aquellos casos donde se requiere mitigar el riesgo de pérdida de conocimiento por posible desvinculación y/o rotación de personal propio de la empresa en razón a su potencial jubilación, retiro voluntario o naturaleza del contrato de trabajo (temporales).
