In an asymmetric information scenario and with permanent changes at the political, economic, social, technological and regulatory levels, organizations are in permanent tension to face the discontinuities caused by new proposals from emerging actors in different sectors. Under this panorama of uncertainty and instability, and the increase in information flows between the different actors in the supply chain and the trusted third parties that articulate the dynamics of their businesses, the challenges of business cybersecurity are now evident in relationships. business initiatives that are enabled through technological convergence and digital ecosystems.

In this context, captivating top-level executives to address a reality that goes beyond the most demanding and detailed forecasts requires discovering and connecting with an imaginary of these managers, for which it is important to understand the characteristics of the new digital environment (5 Ds – Disintermediation, Uninstallation, Distribution, Disinformation and Relocation), the systemic dynamics of cyber risks and the evolution of computer infrastructure protection practices (moving from protecting and securing to defending and anticipating).
