The perfect storm created by oil price crash and COVID-19 has wreaked havoc worldwide. Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) economies rely heavily on revenues from their oil and gas resources as an important source of income and a long lasting crisis will have a dramatic impact on the society wellbeing.
