The workshop was a follow up of the work carried out in July, 2003, at the ARPEL Representatives´ Assembly, in which the need of the Latin-American oil sector for approaching a reputation management strategy was made evident.

The workshop’s mission was, therefore, to make a first approach to the development of a reputation management strategy.
