Arpel, the Association of Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy Companies of Latin America and the Caribbean, and Naturgas, the Colombian Natural Gas Association, are organizing the Arpel-Naturgas Week 2024, thus combining the 7th Arpel Conference with the Naturgas 2024 Congress.

"Driving just energy transitions for Latin America and the Caribbean" is the motto of this important event that will take place from April 8 to 12 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

The alignment of these classic Arpel and Naturgas events in one place during the same week is unprecedented. For five days, international experts on energy issues, senior executives from the main oil and gas companies in the region, government authorities from different Latin American countries, academics and professionals from the sector will have the opportunity to discuss the global and geopolitical perspective; the regional challenges of energy transitions; sustainable management for social and operational licenses; digital transformation and the future of work, among other major topics.

Likewise, conjunctural and structural issues of the natural gas industry, international trends, public and regulatory policies will be analyzed, highlighting the role of natural gas as a key vector for the fulfillment of just energy transitions.
