YPF: ARPEL WORKSHOP ON HOW TO RETHINK OUR WAYS OF WORKING BEYOND THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

  • The third delivery of the series of virtual workshops “The Transformations in Human Talent Management in the Post-COVID Scenario” took place on October 13, promoted by ARPEL Human Talent and Knowledge Management Committee.

The topic for this meeting was “Beyond the Pandemic: Rethinking Our Ways of Working,” a lecture delivered by Marisol Cordón, Head of Culture and Change of YPF, a member company of ARPEL’s.

Cordón has a degree in psychopedagogy and describes herself as a professional who is passionate about change management, culture, and the value of people in organizations.

The workshop was aimed at discussing the transformations, advances, and challenges of the companies in the sector, based on the changes induced by the COVID-19 pandemic, which lead us toward a more flexible, agile, digital, and inclusive business culture.

How have the challenges brought about by remote work and labor flexibility been addressed? How is cultural transformation managed within the organization? How do we prepare leaders for a trust-based leadership focused on people? These were some of the questions addressed during the meeting.

The purpose of this series of workshops is that expert/senior professionals from the Human Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Training, and People Development areas, or related areas in oil and gas companies, can participate.

For further information about the next virtual meetings, please contact Pablo Ferragut at pferragut@arpel.org.uy.
