YPF HOSTED THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF ARPEL

  • With the purpose of providing a comprehensive view of current and future oil and gas activities in the region and of relevant leadership to executive and senior management representatives of ARPEL member companies, YPF hosted the first module of the Senior Management Program of ARPEL, which was first held in 2018.

    Mr. Carlos Colo, Reserves Auditor of YPF and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, opened the meeting, which took place in Buenos Aires.

    The first module focused on "Global factors and their effects in the upstream sector of Latin America” and was complemented by a visit to the Unconventionals Regional Office.

    Florencia Tiscornia, Manager of the Expert Center Department of YPF, and member of the Human Talent and Knowledge Management Committee of ARPEL , and Martín Schreiber, Head of Institutional Relations in Neuquén, accompanied the participants in a tour through the operations in Vaca Muerta.

    The first module was attended by ten representatives of YPF from the Upstream, Downstream, Supply Chain, Controller, Legal, and Gas & Power areas, among others.

    Representatives of ANCAP, ECOPETROL, PEMEX, PETROPAR, PLUSPETROL, REFINOR, SCHLUMBERGER, TECPETROL and YPF participated in this first edition of the Senior Management Program of ARPEL.

    This Program is led by experts from IHS Markit and includes two additional modules on Downstream, to be held in Colombia, and Gas and Renewable Energies, to be held in Mexico.
