ARPEL invites you to participate in the first Latin American Symposium on Human Talent for professionals of the oil and gas industry

  • The first Latin American Symposium on Human Talent and Knowledge Management in the Oil and Gas Industry will be held August 26 - 27 as a special event to analyze trends, challenges and best practices in the management of human resources.

    Organized by the Regional Association of Oil, Gas and Biofuels Sector Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean (ARPEL) with the support of its Human Talent Committee, the event will take place in Lima, Peru, and is intended for managers, professionals and staff linked to the area of human talent and knowledge management of operating and service companies, consultants and academicians.

    During two days, a group of selected speakers will make presentations on the most significant challenges and opportunities currently faced by the industry and the development anticipated for the coming years.

    Experts from Accenture, Deloitte, Ecopetrol, JCP, Petrobras, Pemex, Pluspetrol, Repsol, Schlumberger, Servicios Nutresa, Skanska Latin America, Weatherford and YPF, among other companies, will participate in this first Latin American Symposium of Human Talent and Knowledge Management in the Oil and Gas Industry.

    The alignment of human resources and business strategies; the tools for the management of human talent; leadership, values and culture, and how to attract and retain talents are some of the topics that make up the program of this important event.
