Outcomes of the Bonn Agreement. The Chairman of ARPEL Climate Change Working Group participated at the second part of the Conference of the Parties (COP-6 (bis)) in Bonn, GERMANY. Since it is most likely that ARPEL members have heard -directly or indirectly- of the negotiations that took place before reaching the agreement to sign the Kyoto Protocol, the Working Group wants to share with its members, the assessment on the way forward from Bonn and the long term impact of these decisions on ARPEL membership strategic business planning.
