The event took place on September 30 - October 2, 2014 in Cartagena, Spain, sponsored by REPSOL and organized by the Refining and Fuels Committee. The workshop gathered 35 professionals from the following Member Companies: ECOPETROL, ENAP, PEMEX, PETROBRAS, PETROPERU, PLUSPETROL and REPSOL. Also, engineering and construction companies participated in the event. 19 conferences were made in from professionals of operating companies as well as from the ones of engineering and construction.
