The document provides a method to identify critical positions associated with leadership roles (technical, administrative or management). This method can be applied in those cases where it is necessary to select positions with permanent successors due to their critical nature for the organizations. It also provides a method. for building transfer plans to facilitate knowledge assurance in positions or roles that are considered key to achieving the objectives of the area or organization. The said method can be applied in those cases where it is necessary to mitigate the risk of knowledge loss due to possible separation and/or rotation of the company's own personnel, because of its potential retirement, voluntary withdrawal or nature of the employment contract (temporary).
