In 2021, the World Petroleum Council (WPC), in partnership with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), launched the Untapped Reserves 2.0 study.

This report, whose elaboration was supported by ARPEL in Latin America, gathers indicators about gender equality, women’s participation at different levels of the organization, gaps, and good practices, providing a global overview at the international and regional level. This report is a worldwide reference, which establishes the current baseline, allowing to define actions to promote and improve gender equality in the oil and gas industry.

In this webinar, BCG will present the main highlights of the Untapped Reserves 2.0 Report for Latin America, and there will be a discussion panel among industry leaders and experts.
