PETROPAR HOSTED THE LAST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN 2018 AND THE EXTRAORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF ARPEL

  • PETROPAR, an ARPEL member company, hosted the last meeting of the Board of Directors this year, and the Extraordinary Assembly.

    The meeting was held on December 11 and was attended by the President of Petropar, Patricia Samudio, the General Manager of Petropar, Luis Velázquez, and the representative of Petropar to ARPEL, William Wilka.

    Present at the meeting were the representatives of ANCAP, ENAP, IHS-MARKIT, PETROBRAS, PETROPERÚ, PLUSPETROL, RECOPE, REPSOL, SPECTRUM, YPF, in addition to the authorities of PETROPAR.

    Izeusse Braga, Executive Secretary, and Fernando Uberti, Administration and Finance Manager, attended on behalf of ARPEL.

    During the meeting, several issues were discussed, including the main activities, projects and studies developed under the Action Plan for 2018, Innov@arpel (www.innovarpel.org), the virtual platform of business and collaboration developed by ARPEL, and projections for 2019. The Extraordinary Assembly was held the following day.

    PETROPAR has been a member of the Board of Directors of ARPEL since 2018.
