DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, AND GENDER: THE SECOND DELIVERY OF POST-COVID HUMAN TALENT WORKSHOPS BRINGS TECPETROL’S EXPERIENCE
The second delivery of the series of virtual workshops “Human Talent Management Transformations in the Post-COVID scenario,” which is promoted by ARPEL’s Human Talent and Knowledge Management Committee, took place on August 20.
On this occasion, the meeting dealt with the “Implementation of Diversity, Inclusion, and Gender Programs: Tecpetrol’s experience,” and the presentation was in charge of María Laura García, Senior Talent Management Manager, and Julieta Vieytes, Human Resources Manager Headquarters and Southern Cone, both professionals from Tecpetrol, an ARPEL’s partner company.

As for the workshop dynamics, after the presentation a group discussion was held on different topics, such as the challenges to carry out a diversity program, the long-term strategy, and whether COVID has brought temporary or permanent changes, opportunities or additional challenges in implementing this type of program, among other aspects.
The purpose of this workshop series is that expert/senior professionals from the areas of Human Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Training, People Development or related areas in oil and gas companies (ARPEL members and non-members) can take part in the meeting.
